i`m ise laptop model nec versa m400 why my wifi sometimes can and sometime cannot use example if my wifi can connect after i restart back cannot connect back. cannot detect

If it happens with the same access point then it could be some interference in the area - cordless phones, microwave oven are the most common cause of problems. also worth checking the Wireless LAN adapter Properties in the Device Manager and check what's the transmission power in use on your laptop. And check the the option for the device to turn off (Power Management) is turned off.

I had the problem with my laptop, that it wouldnt connect after being in standby. Eventually worked out I needed to download some aser software and then physically 'switch' it back on everytime it was put into standby.
