Hi all

Since Kristil NZ have stopped operating, does anyone have any technical information on their home automation and alarm systems?

We had some issues with the alarm and the technician who came out suggested to get as much information on the system as possible

We have developed a solution for retro fitting our product into the Kristil system as several home owners had no idea what to do with trying to get replacement components etc. We have overseen a handful of jobs replacing the Triac dimmers with our dimmers and using our wireless input sensors at the switches to control these.

I'm not 100% familiar with the security panel myself but should be able to help in some way. As a minimum, I would expect that you would need an installer code and access to the service/programming component of the system (likely to be in the keypad)

Send me a PM and I'll arrange for someone to come to see you. If you are outside Auckland I can guide one of the dealers through what we have learnt so far!
