Then someone should be sacked! ?
What ever. I got my phones without waiting. Did you?
I guarantee this is noob BS

New Zealanders are way to naive when it come to lubricating the wheels to get them moving in their direction.
mkl: Guys don't break on your first month, do what I did today if you want to buy on plan from Vodafone.
Buy iPhone 4 on $40 plan
$619
Pay $40 for 6 months = $240
Break contract after 6 months = $315 (inc gst)
Add them:
$1174
$75 more compared to buying outright, but you get 6 months of calls, txts and 3GB data (till Sept).
So in the end you'll probably save especially since you're going to be purchasing TXT2000, and additional data separately anyway.
Breaking during 0 to 6 months is costly ($506.25). I wouldn't recommend it.

Your guarantee is not worth the web space it is written in. Whether you believe me or not I don't care.
The fact is I talked to an employee on Wednesday and asked what I could do to speed the process up. We negotiated that I would come in and fill out the paper work on Thursday afternoon, which I did. When I was there I slipped the guy $20 to "look after me" on release day. You will find there are two puzzled dudes out there somewhere that I was talking to when I "mysteriously" got called to the front of the line.
Why should the dude get fired, he's on not much above the minimum wage why shouldn't make a little on the side when the opportunity strikes. New Zealanders are way to naive when it come to lubricating the wheels to get them moving in their direction.
Good luck in the future with your "guarantees". I hope nobody is paying anything for them.

Keep talking..........

Getting closer to working out what store it is and someone will lose their job.
