mrphil: Anyone get their own phone back?
We sent away the phone and just got a email from apple saying there isn't any problems with the button so they just going to send the phone back to us.
What a waste of time being without a phone for the last week
A bit harsh on a really great support Apple offer. Hmmm why would you send it in if the button was working. Mine did not work at all and yes they just replaced the phone. Considering I had a huge scratch on the front glass, near dead battery and a very chipped rear case I'm over the moon as I now have basically a new phone. Apple didn't cause me any delay as I used a spare iPhone we have and have always had spare a spare phone to use.
