Failed to update. Backup could not be completed because an internal error occurred. (perhaps 3200 too)
Then I had the option to continue, losing all data on iPad, or cancel.
Have cancelled while I think if there's any data I care to lose!

I got a similar error message but after closing all apps on the ipod and restarting it, it worked fine.

Can anyone who completed the install let me know how long it takes?

It said "over an hour", and I have exactly an hour before I have to go out :P

Yep me too. Error 3200. Guess I'll give up for today and wait for the verdict...

I got the same error codes as you guys. I just keep spamming the restore button anyway and it eventually worked on the 9th attempt to restore.

It was giving me the error code after it tried verifying the restore with Apple so I imagine iTunes is have trouble contacting them?

The update is working fine for me so far, it's busy restoring all my apps now. Makes me realise how much crap I have on my phone...

My update failed first time. Seems to be going good now though, fingers crossed.
