I placed my order quite late at 09:12 on day of launch. I waited till 3am and website was still broken so I went to bed lol.

Ordered an iPhone Pro Max 512GB in Black.

This is my first preorder and I decided to go with Spark. Really disappointed with the whole experience. Their communication is awful, they won’t speak to me, and their website has had all manner of issues over the past week. Still waiting any kind of follow up after my order confirmation on launch day.

I won’t do this again with Spark.

I pre-ordered through 2degrees and haven't heard anything.

Although I did order the Pro Max in natural titanium which seems to be the most popular spec ,so not holding my breath.

I ordered a Pro Max at a One NZ store on Saturday. The gentleman helping me had to fill out a paper form (no signature required). An order confirmation email arrived on Tuesday around midday. I don't think I'll receive one tomorrow. :)

Anyone know which distribution companies/networks each telco uses?

From memory I feel like 2degrees was Brightpoint, and Spark was Ingram Micro. But I may be completely wrong. Perhaps 2degrees and Spark use the same company, hence people receiving shipping notifications at a similar time.

It was Brightstar but from memory, it might have changed now though.

I ordered a 256Gb Pro Max in blue at 12.25am the morning of launch and hasn't moved from processing yet so you guys that are ordering through a carrier and getting shipping notices, I'm jealous!!
