Well, their primary business is phone-related service. If they are the employees they should know the company policies well, and there's no reason in getting annoyed about people asking phone-related questions. Not saying that they do.

My superhuman math skills tell me there's around 33x more pissed off people (and whingers) than happy people.
This is a PR disaster for Vodafone & Apple NZ. Their highly paid spin doctors and consultants should have told them even bad news is better than no news. It was the silence and arrogance of VF throughout the day that really pissed people off - people who had probably taken time off work or made other special arrangements to goto a store. Then for their chief sh*t-spinner to come out late in the day and say they are delighted to be selling the iPhone 4 was just the salt in the wound.
Well I went in last night and bribed the vodafone guy. When I got there at 12 today I went straight to the front of the line and picked up my 2 new iPhone 4's

I think the fact most of the burnt were the VF loyalists wanting to resign is the killer there. Most of those in the queue with me WERE wanting to extend contracts and were already VF customers.
It's no different to ringing up to make a purchase, then being put on hold and hung up on after a 3 hour wait
