So I now know 3 people who have had an issue in the last few days where their custom length AlphaNumeric passcode to their iOS device has not let them in. Anyone know if there’s anyway to fix this or is it just a remote reset job from Find My iPhone?

For anyone wondering, all 3 people are using iPhone 6s’s :/

If they can't get in then the other way is to restore the device to factory settings using iTunes. Either way, everything on the device is going bye-bye unless they have a current backup.
