This is just over 6 months old!. NZ Apple iPhone 16 Pro Max Natural Titanium (via Noel Lemmings) with 256gb of storage and a physical SIM tray as well!

Warranty till end of 2026!

It is in excellent condition Mainly sat on Desk - screen protector and case from day 1 so no chips, dents or scratches as far as I can tell and screen as new.

Full working order, no issues with battery health currently at 100% after 92 cycles.

Comes with original box Screen protector clear case.

Priced to sell $1950.

For $600 more you can get the latest model brand new. In context of pricing, the extra $600 isn't much to people who can afford these high end phones anyway.

Just my view on them anyway.... (from an iPhone 11 I didn't pay for)

I've been monitoring the second hand iPhone market for the last few months and you can get a 16 pro max for less than that ($1400 is not uncommon). But it usually has 88-92% battery (and possibly scuffs/scratches/cracking)

Its not so different from cars and mileage ... the battery life of an iphone is one of the main factors that depreciates the asking price.

And if it's in mint condition, then that is the other main factor influencing price.

If you can hack it, stick it on FB marketplace, otherwise you will probably sell on TM (except you will lose a considerable success fee)

Yeah it is now well over $200 to get a battery replacing on an iphone and they don’t need doing until they are down at less than 80%. Although battery life is noticeably worse in the 80s. Non user replaceable batteries suck. It probably pays to get the battery replaced under warranty if one can but think Apple will only replace it when under 80%. Think that is why some people get Apple care. I have personally found batteries in iPhones are poor compared to my experience with Samsung galaxy phones, even though I prefer iPhones for the app reliability , security and speed over time.

How many cycles as that is the key? AI can use a lot of power as can video and photography apps and processing. i understand they should last 1000 cycles to get to under 80% when it needs replacing which could be under 3 years

I set my iPhone charge limit to 90%. It’s a year old, has ticked over 200 cycles and reports 99% capacity
