Comes with everything originally included: remote, IR receiver/blaster cable, low profile bracket, AV input cable and manuals/discs. 

I have watched stunning HD Freeview, as well as recorded these to my pc, works excellently! 

Bought it for $150, selling because I no longer require this card.
