A Nano SIM cutter? Is that to cut your Nano SIM down to Pico SIM size? Lol

I've successfully used scissors twice.  Just mark the 'notched' corner clearly with permanent marker.

Curious as to why you would need a cutter? As in most Telco's don't charge to change the SIM size or only a small charge around $5.
