Rather not incl a charger. Has a leather sleeve. Pretty sure it's in very good condition.

I may have an Asus ME572 for sale. Let me know if you would be interested. It has an intel quad core processor, micro SD card slot, full HD 7 inch screen (pretty much same size as the nexus 7). It is running 5.0.1 so far.
