I have a Cradleploint PHS300 for sale. It works as a router/WiFi AP for USB mobile data modems - I haven't tested with latest models but worked great with old models back when I used them... Perfect if you need to share Internet access with a lot more control than just a smartphone hotspot - or exactly because you don't need a smartphone. This comes with the original US plug.
