No issues, works great, just a bit dirty. :)
Just power cable included as I don't have the original box unfortunately.

 

Has been updated to latest firmware and factory reset.

That satin finish that Unifi insist on putting on things does not clean without it getting ruined I have found. Wish they were a decent glossy or textured plastic instead of this crap. It will also probably go sticky in 5-7 years or so, helping to drive people to throw them out rather than clean it off.
