I think you are confused. There are no rates configured in the system for $1.13/min, for any plan.

44 cents is NZ & Australia calling.
Most other countries are $1.44 per minute.
There are a few countries that are only 69 cents a min.
What country are you calling?

Are you on Prepay Standard or Plus? It seems that it's $0.44 on Standard and $1.44 on Plus.

Those are Prepay Standard rates. Prepay Standard was retired well over a year ago; all new prepay accounts are Prepay Plus.

ouch! so they retired prepay standard and jack the price up by $1 a minute.. sounds like a great idea! (i realise prepay plus has a lot of other benefits but wow that is a pretty hefty increase on calling)

Can you pm us your number so we can see how you've been charged that please?

To pay 44c per min to the Philippines you would need to move to Prepay Standard by texting 'move' to 7526. This will mean you will not be able to take advantage of the Prepay Plus Carryover Packs however.

The info on the Prepay Standard page you linked to seems to indicate you can move from Standard to Plus, but not from Plus to Standard?
