Hey Andy,

That sounds like a dreadful experience! If you're able to send me a PM with your account details I'll get this sorted for you and follow up with some of the CSRs you've spoken with.

Cheers,
Chris

Ok. Here is an UPDATE.

Chris from Slingshot asked me to PM him my details which I did a short while ago and I now got a call from Wayne (probably their manager) and Wayne was very very apologetic about my experience. He said that it was just a 2 minute job that the CSR who I had spoken to on 6th March should have handled correctly. So now, Wayne has done the change over for me and he is going to have a long meeting with the CSR who I spoke to on the 6th March.

So all thanks to Chris and Wayne for the very speedy action on their part.

I have decided not to move away from Slingshot and continue with them as their customer.

Thanks a lot,
Andy
