Currently the access to the Easyphone Configurator is being limited on non-Slingshot connections. Access to My Account has been fixed however we are still working on fixing the Easyphone Configuratior.
Thank you for using Slingshot's Online Help.Try using a different internet browser? There does not seem to be any issues accessing this on my end with your credentials.

There shouldn't be any issues with the ability to manage your 'Easyphone' features.
If you are now on the plan where you are charged $5 for the Easyphone features, this will be available to you. To those who have opted out, it will no longer be available.
The 'My Account' access is now also open to all NZ/Local ISP connections/IP's.
niallm90: Well I am still having problems with the iTalk features. I am not sure if they are included in Easyphone features.



niallm90: It appears its renamed to "Manage Italk Features" on my account and it is still unaccessible.

niallm90: I already have and was told it was disabled to non slingshot IPs for security.
