alexx: When you say "all caught up now" what does that mean?
From my account, daily usage for the last billing cycle, I can see this:

Day    Upload    Download    Upload + Download    Uncharged
2011-08-18   —   —   —   —
2011-08-19   —   —   —   —
2011-08-20   —   —   —   —
2011-08-21   —   —   —   —
2011-08-22   —   —   —   —

Well my post was in relation to my previous post, but yes we are now processing in near real time at them moment.

Maybe it's time we did away with data caps :) Although the whole Orcon genius rollout has gone quite smoothly :)

hey paul, it's stuck again *facepalm*.

I thought you guys got a new data loader or something.
Been stuck for about a day.

Can't keep doing this intermittently. On and off.

Yours will be processing now.

As we have a new data loader in place we have taken a cautious approach and pause the load of a user if an error is detected with that account.
We work on what caused the error and put in place a fix.

Apologies for the lag in usage reporting.

Our usage meter was showing large negative amounts last month, from memory about 15GB on one day alone. Was this an error?

Don't trust that figure. They are misleading!!!!

I've got an issue with the usage meter, under "My Account" it shows 27gb and on the home page it shows about 48gb, so which one is correct?

similar probs for me to Paul front page shows usage of 12.80 GB
but details of daily usage page shows 22.9 GB

We have had to take the usage meter on the main page of the site down while we resolve the incorrect usage being displayed on it.

If you log in you can still see the full usage meter.

We are working on restoring this service as quickly as possible.

The usage meter on the main page is running again and showing the correct values.
The data being displayed was an old cached copy, the reason for it not updating the cache has been resolved so this shouldn't happen again.

We apologize for the interruption to this service.
