Netflix and Hulu with unblock-us are better now. I still never get HD, but at least it's watchable (neither have buffered really since the weekend).

Is anyone on Slingshot (limited) getting HD from Netflix or Hulu? If so, what are your methods?

Guys a Big thank you goes out to Adrian and his crew, I'm getting good speeds this evening, back to where I was two weeks ago, excellent stuff, and much appreciated for Adrians diligence in tracking down this issue.

Cheers

On my end speeds seem to be a bit better, slight increase noticeable to the naked eye.

However I still struggle with theChive.com... what i get is all their video related posts populate OK,
anything with image times out and I get little 'broken image' icon

Its the same when I read theChive via Google Reader or Feedly, all the rest of feeds are OK,
theChive - text is fine, video is fine, images - broken...

It's been like this for a few weeks, roughly ties with the move to VOCUS.

The problem is common to all browsers (IE, Chrome, Firefox), it is common to all home computers (x3)

it does not spread to my smartphone where I can access chive via mobile broadband with 2Degrees

it does not affect same home computers when I run them via hotspot created by smartphone
via 2Degrees mobile broadband

That theChive site sure is weird.

I get the same problem - most of the images don't load, and it takes absolutely ages.

I figured it was just the site, but then I thought I'd try it with my VPN on, and the page loads perfectly (and fast).

I have no idea what would be causing that...

I had the same issues on Slingshot with the Chive for probably the last month or so... Works flawlessly on snap and telstra

@Slingshot: the international bandwidth last night and today is back to terrible!!!

Netflix is buffering, and Hulu stops every 5 minutes (even on low quality).

This morning, my speedtests seem to be consistently at or below 1 Mbps to LA and NY servers.

I am *not* on an unlimited plan (I'm on 250GB).  Are there issues?  Has the additional bandwidth provided by the recent augmentation been used up already?

There are no faults listed on your website.

...actually, I should ask: has anyone else noticed this slow down?  It could be just me I suppose...

I noticed slow speeds over the last few days, but im on Unlimited so no reason to complain here - its still been plenty fast enough.

Early hours of this morning there was definately some sort of issue. We lost connection about 3am, and when I got up @ 5:30am for work, I was unable to resolve any international websites or services (FTP, IRC, etc...). National was fine though.

I checked with other people I know, and they had the same issue.
