@gehenna @sounddude Done some further testing tonight and the MS authenticator app fails 100% of the time over fibre for me remoting back into work

Wow. This is beyond a joke now. The network seems to have some major issues that no one is admitting.

I would be packing up and moving on ASAP as this simply should just work

Edit Typo

@Delorean I know but I have narrowed it down to when the issue started when I moved from 1000/500 to 300/100

I am helping them as much as possible and just done further testing on a 2degrees fibre connection down the road and no issue with Android Apps everything works fine

The connection down the road gets a IPv4/6 connection and mine is only getting a IPv4 something must have happened during the plan change

Edit: I also lost my static IPv4/6 address

@linux

Ah. That makes sense now. Why aren’t they resetting or doing whatever to give you IPv6?

I read somewhere that another user mentioned they were not providing IPv6 anymore? - obviously this is wrong and they must have the same issues you are having.

Whatever the root cause is must be frustrating for all affected. Hopefully they find a fix soon

Huh weird as grabaseat seems to be hosted at AWS other than issues to Microsoft earlier. So, its not limited to a particular resource.

Also, when I was trying to login to GZ - it didn’t work until I turned off 2d Fibre on wifi and jumped to 2d cellular.

@prat33k I reckon my issue is back to a plan change that has broken my fibre connection

@Linux, my issue definitely is not due to a plan change. Same experience as you though.

Yes I have found 2degrees internet to block websites such as teams etc. I just switched to using Google Drive and Slack.

Onedrive never worked on 2degrees very well, but Google Drive does.

How many of you having issues are using the Fritzbox 7590 running software version 7.56?

This afternoon I swapped out my router to the  Fritzbox 7530AX and all issues are now gone!
