So far everything is running great for me here in welly. My speedtest.net is showing dl speed is 10 times faster than last night... yep 1.2Mps up to 12Mps.....upload is still 0.5 Mps.

So far so good - no idea if changes have been made to my account though.

Yep, gone to hell again. Getting pretty tired of this. I understand there will always be issues but considering this has been ongoing for almost a week now, I'm getting angsty.

Just got a text to confirm i've been swapped over onto the new system. will post back today around 3pm with updates, and again around 8-10pm with further updates to see how it goes. As expected at 10am, everything is running fine (and always has been) so will be interesting to see if it cracks up later on.

- Won't be testing dota2 because low pri is horrid.

gz ftw

My Prequalification for EUBA came back as a positive and I am being migrated tomorrow AM. Hopefully I can report back positive results!

I have also been having this problem in the Waikato. Just rang Slingshot and they said they are aware of the problem, normally they'd recommend a "line profile" change, but that isn't an option for me being rural. Their only suggestion was to wait and hope they can sort it out. Fat lot of good that is. It's ridiculous that basic services like gmail and dropbox are knocked out like this for this long without them getting their act together to sort it out.

I'm going to look for an alternative ISP - can anyone recommend a good alternative?

Me too! We're 'rural' even though we're 10mins from Hamilton, so I doubt much can be done. We've been looking at switching from Slingshot's unlimited to Vodafone's 100GB plan, which has quite a good deal on at the moment. Nothing has been done for me at all by Slingshot, and it's been almost a week.
