Hi all,

Would a slingshot staff member be able to turn off interleaving for me? I know you can do this through My Account on the slingshot website but I don't know what my password is and I want to avoid ringing up the slingshot call line.

If you would like someone to turn off your interleaving settings for you without having to ring our contact line, I'd recommend requesting this through our contact form at http://www.slingshot.co.nz/contact-us/ or sending an email to us requesting this to technicalsupport@team.slingshot.co.nz.

It'd be best to make sure you're including your account details or sending the email from your Slingshot email address so we can verify it's you who is requesting this.
