So Just looking at my event logs on my fritz box I noticed that every morning at 3:1X my Internet connection is cleared. The message that comes up is 'Clearing Internet connection briefly to prevent the Internet Service Provider from disconnecting you in the immediate future.'

How would I stop this?

also on a unrelated note. what are the settings for IPv6.
would I use a native IPv4 connection or a a native IPv6 connection?

Send private message

go to account information in the fritzbox, and find the change connection setting in there is a heading
Delay disconnection by provider to the period between 3-4 , untick that and apply .

i have used both settings and didnt notice any difference between them, at the moment i have it on ipv4 [recommended] setting and Geekzone still shows im connecting with ipv6 so ii's working on that setting, so i leave it there.

Common sense is not as common as you think.
