Hi, I am on the $39 plan at the moment and have been since May. Is there any cost to drop down to the $29 plan? The site makes it easy, but I don't want to get stung with a charge because I missed a clause somewhere.

Thanks
Paul

Are you in contract?

If so, likely there is a change fee that will apply.

Hi Paul, it depends on the term you're on.

If you signed up to a 24 month term it's $180, 12 months it's $40. Here's the T & C's - Carryover Plans ETCs and PTFs

If you're on a no term plan there's no charge. :)

Cheers

Great thanks very much. I'm on a 24 month term, so a $180 fee would apply.
