I would just like to thank FireEngine, FlameBeard and Sounddude for their 'beyond the call of duty' efforts on behalf of we customers. I hope your bosses appreciate and reward you appropriately (you have permission to use this in your next pay discussions!!).

While geekzoners are a small proportion of the populace we do have a disproportionate influence on advising clients, friends and neighbours on which ISP to choose, especially with fibre connections that are on the increase. (yes, I am in a UFB area!). Seeing this support does help the cause.

So, thanks to you guys but also thanks to all the other ISP helpers on GZ who also go well beyond their duties.

And, while I am at it, I have to thank all you experts who are always there to help us with no thought to being compensated. I have learned a huge amount from you all.

Getting to sound a bit soppy but, hey, sometimes it is good to stop and recognise the GZ helpers in a positive way.
