Received some information from Orcon to help troubleshoot/request/suggest changes to Orcon Global Mode:

Please supply these three details (device, domain, description) through to the Global Mode team at


  • Device – eg.. Apple TV, Roku, Xbox, Smart TV, Android devices, Amazon Fire
  • Domain – eg.. Netflix
  • Description – eg.. Netflix is taking too long to load… can’t browse to Netflix’s
The Global Mode team will look into it and turn around a response within 48 hours.
