Hi Any Orcon guys on here,

We've been waiting since the 20th of January for install. No one has contacted yet. We've been calling the fibre team number and can't get through. Waited for 40 minutes the other day and got disconnected.

Just wanting to know how we escalate it. We're in a brand new house. Fibre conduit has been brought up right next to the house and just waiting for LFC, seems so easy. No civil work needed. I'm aware we have to go through the process, but surely waiting another 3-5 weeks feels just ridiculous.
