We have TR-069 management of the modems we issue, this allows us to ensure that any security related firmware patches can be pushed out quickly, manage settings for the Home Phone Plus phone system to ensure best performance and security, and to provide remote assistance where required.

We recommend leaving this on so we can ensure your modem and phone service are as secure as possible.
