Step 1: Account log in works.

Step 2: Available services, does not work.

None of the orange buttons (or purple ones) do anything, It's impossible for me to advance to step 3. I've tried with Pale moon, Firefox, Edge, Chrome (addons disabled on all browsers)

I'd like to upgrade to Fibre, but you're making it a little difficult :(

It's not urgent enough to deal with people.

If you're on an older plan it's possible the plan change wizard won't work for you - in any case you can't use it to upgrade to fibre (yet) so you'll need to call the team on 0800 56 46 87 to arrange it. Sorry!

We are rapidly transitioning customers onto a new building platform (if you choose a new plan, you'll go onto this) and it makes sense to spend all our efforts developing capability on this platform, rather than the old one.
