Just checking a Flip Bill for a Friend. Just 4 days into her new bill and she has only 3 minutes available and 57 used. I downloaded her usage which says she has used a total of 3 minutes. She has made 9 mobile calls all well under a minutes long. (She rings me I ring her back stuff)

Is there a computer issue ? The poor girl is looking at spark. As an Ex flip customer ( I needed a static IP) I suggested Flip to her and am familiar with the billing process.

Is anyone else having a issue like this.

Cheers Possum..

Hi there,

That sounds like a pretty strange issue! Flick me a PM with your friend's account details and I'll see what I can find out - just bear in mind that if you aren't authorised on the account I won't be able to discuss the details with you.

Cheers!
