I was wondering if my experience with Flip support is fairly typical? I've been a customer for 2-3 years and have only had to contact support once or twice before. I have a case open now about upgrading from ADSL to VDSL. The frustrating thing is, it takes two days for the initial response and when I reply to the support ticket it takes another two days for them to reply. When you're going back and forth like this, it ends up taking days/weeks to get a resolution. Apparently you can only call them if there's a technical problem.
