I am on an open term fibre service with 2degrees and noticed my plan costs $10 more than the same plan costs now to open term customers.

Has anyone had experience with calling 2degrees and having the term price to match the existing pricing without being a new customer?

Interesting. I just had a look mine since I am on an Open Term as well. The base plan fee is the same as their checker on their website.
Then I get an additional $10 discount for my wife's mobile on 2degrees but that is cancelled by the static IP address. Overall - I am still cheaper than their current prices :)

Yes, I do have the static IP and mobile discount too. But the plan I am paying is still $10 more than the offer on the site now.

I've received a $5 discount each month for the rest of my term when I signed up again for 12 months and they reduced the price 2 months later.

I assume you are on the Ultimate Unlimited? First page of the website shows that at $100 (there is a slider up the top which is auto-ticked assuming you apply the mobile discount) - if you select that then enter you address - the price is then shown at $110 as you have to enter you mobile number. Its not this?

Under my payment history - it shows the base plan fee then deductions on the top. Strange if yours is higher.

Just resigned with 2D. Insisted on the new customer offer of $200 cash back and $75 unlimited 100/20 if I was going to resign.

I am admittedly a long customer of 2D which may be why they agreed. I just fired them an email for this.

My plan is billed at $110/month, the listed price is $100/month. I see now that my static IP is not charged separately so no difference... Case closed then.
