Anyone else in Wellington experiencing a lack of broadband at the moment?

My connection suddenly dropped at about 11:50pm 29 July - very frustrating as I'm trying to do stuff and now can't. Their contact centre is closed until 8:00am.

LAN LED on the ONT is orange, as it should be, but is on solid instead of flickering madly, indicating its not talking to anything. A reset has made no difference.
