Hi,
Is anyone else having trouble accessing the usage & spend history?
The page is not displaying correctly. (showing a half month calendar, see below) Have tried in Chrome & Firefox.
If I choose a time frame all I get back is "No usage information available for that selection."
$10 prepay plain.

Thanks

Same here. No usage history on monthly post pay plan

Move to New Zealand's best fibre broadband service (affiliate link). Note that to use Quic Broadband you must be comfortable with configuring your own router.

Their status page has an entry (screenshot attached) indicating they’re having some issues in this space.

I happened to port my number to 2Degrees about the same time which has turned into a bit of a disaster so seems like it might be a fairly significant issue if it’s not fixed yet.

Linux: It is mentioned on the 2degrees status page

If the user above has said the same thing, is there really a need to say the same thing again?

@stick The user also advised they included a screen shot are you going to tell them what to do?

Do you not have anything better to do?

No, since that user had made a mistake. You repeat what others' have said in multiple threads so I was just saying it's not very necessary.

You can continue doing as you wish, I was just stating my opinion

No problem. Unbelievably it's still going on – which seems like for most people means no ability to view usage, but for me means no ability to manage my account at all.

Must be a pretty bad bug if it's taking them this long to get on top of it.
