does anybody know how to fill the window above? I have tried,but still cannot use italk and status window always displays "time out",by the way, that is FV6020 ip phone and connects to the D-link DSL-G604T router,thank you

Enter your username into both the username and phone number fields. Ensure you use the correct format, "641234....", not "01234....". Enter your iTalk password into the password box. You can leave the port blank, it should sort it out itself.

I have two of those FV6020's, but they're both pointing at my asterisk box. You may like to hunt out a newer firmware for it, depending on the version you have. Hunt around in this forum, you'll see me asking for it.

A better option may be to use the manual config if the wizard doesn't work. Post a picture of that form if you can. usually under 'VOIP->SIP'

here we go,mate,can you tell what wrong did I do,I got the latest firmware(v 1.7) already I think,but the setup window always shows "failed with 404" or "Time out",cheers

change the phone number to 64... format too, and you should be good to go.
