I've just ported 4 Vodaofne Prepay numbers over to 2Degrees this afternoon for some friends.

Just found out now that two of the Vodafone prepay accounts had some credit.

Will this just expire? Anyway to get it back from Vodafone?

No big deal, just thought i'd check.

When you port out a prepay number to another carrier the prepay account is deactivated

Credit lost you can't claim it back

John, I know you're on holiday but just a quick question, hypothetically if one was to contact VF before cancelling or porting their number, can VF transfer credit to another Prepaid or Postpaid account?
