How do I check my text usage? There's no SIM menu for balance like there is on Vodafone and I don't know of any numbers to text. The website also doesnt help, it only shows my chargeable usage, not usage of text bundles.
Fine since no one wanted to help yet again, I called them and they said the text usage on the site only updates once a week and they don't send me a text when i go over my limit. Why can't they manage to send a text? Every other provider i've been with does.
