Those of you on 2degrees with be familiar with the 'you are outside of a broadband zone' text message that is automatically dispatched whenever you move out of 2degrees' coverage territory in the 3 main centres. Whilst this is useful for anyone who is new to 2degrees or who rarely travels, I am starting to find it quite irritating particularly since it appears to be repeated at least once a day whenever I am out of territory.

Is there any way that this warning message can be disabled?

Any update? It was okay for the first few days but now this is annoying! 3-4 times a day drives me mad especially for some reason I received it early in the morning???

Your phone probably dropped the data session and started a new one. The text is sent at setup of the new session, no more than once every 24 hours.
