CADMAX: it was the staff at Vodafone westfield riccarton. they also said that sure signal was mainly for smart phones.
I have found them next to useless, i have a mate that got Samsung Tab but got told that they had run out and it could take up to 14 days to get them in, so went with 2 Iphone 4's, they took almost a week to get as i under stand it.

Every 3G handset in the world (with the exception of US AWS handsets) will work as they all support 2100 MHz. If you have Vodafone handsets that don't work it would indicate a fault with either the handset or SIM.

I believe that the AWS handsets will work as well using the 2100 part of AWS..
