Considering telco business options one suggestion was using Vadacom for telco services including VOIP, they are suggesting Orcon as the recommended broadband provider for the business.

Having never used either services anyone care to comment.

Regardless of the provider it's best to be thoroughly aware of all terms and conditions of a business agreement with an ISP.... a lot of businesses i've dealt with only had basic consumer level agreements and then wondered why their connection went down for days with no action.

We have about 20 offices using Orcon ADSL around the country with no real issues, have a great account manager who jumps onto things for us asap :)
Also run Orcon fibre at the office Im based in, no issues at all with that.
