Dear Orcon
My friend used to have an account with you, he has since went overseas.

Before he left, he emailed and called multiple times to let you know he wanted to cancel the account and return the rental modem. He never received a reply.

So if you want the modem back, can you please send someone to come pick it up soon ok?

thanks

Yes, Orcon can be rather atrocious about modems. I used to have two HomeHubs sitting at home because they never bothered asking for one back, and then one day I just got a $300 charge whacked onto my bill for failing to return it - needless to say I called them and blasted them, basically saying common sense would dictate that if they wanted the modem back they should actually ask for it and send a courier bag. I was lucky enough that they then decided not to bill me and sent out a courier bag.

Hi there,

Can you private message me with the account details if this still needs to be returned - I'll get a prepaid courier bag sent out for you.

Sorry for the troubles!
