I have a Nokia C6-01.  I don't really use internet on the go ... so have not tested it out yet ...

2 Degrees site you download the settings via tex msg - MMS, WAP, Internet settings etc ... but I don't think there is a APN.  Do we need it??  I think on the Nokia, it also reads the simcard and might give some default settings too..... re: APN.

Cheers.

Well you need the APNs if you want to use mobile data, internet , MMS , WAP

Have you looked in the handset to see if any APNs are not already loaded?

the apn list is empty. Nokia web ask for connection in the settings. 2degrees settings defaulted to the wap settings. I was not able to surf wlan so i changed it to internet which is the nokia settings.

Edit.
Internet, WAP etc .. are the categories that Nokia has for connections.
Ie., within Internet there are a few listed, like my home's AP, Airport's AP and 2 Degree's Internet settings.
WAP has 2 Degree's WAP settings.

It is now defaulted to Internet category.  I guess WIFI works b/c my home's AP is there listed.

But re: APN lists.  It's blank.

I think maybe I have them installed already? On my Nokia it just says Connectivity -> Destinations - > Internet and there I have my home's AP and 2 Degree's AP. Is this it??

I also have the WAP settings under the WAP category and MMS under the "Others" category.

The only category I have is APN Control. But that is empty.
