update on greenflash TV3...seems its not just E.T,etc...as we have heard that some zinwells have and sommetts...so much for accreditiation process...and comments from Freeview on non-acreditted boxes....!! when we find out more details on these actual units and will post here... software being adjusted NOW...should be avail very soon...

Thanks Peter. This is what makes the ET box so good (IMHO) a very focussed support effort and quick turn around on problems.
Hinko: For some reason my ET box seems to be having jerky images, I've noted it on C4 and TV3, seems associated with rapid screen movement.
Anyone else?
Will this be fixed with the Fix Pete? (Thank you in advance)
I haven't seen this, although I did have very slow frame-rate the other day (as I posted up-thread). You could try (if you haven't already) a reboot and/or a factory reset.
And, I'd like to add my thanks to Pete for his speedy response to the problem ... Cheers Pete.
Re jerking movement I have power cycled twice with no improvement. (Running firmware 1.05) I doubt a factory reset will add anything and the new firmware is pending, I hope it is all related to the new transmission format, will see.
Jerky movement isn't your telly is it? Refresh rate not keeping up? Pete - I managed to remove the unit last night and swap back to my sat unit, I'll get ET sent home on Monday. Thanks for making contact. (heh, scifi puns - sad)
TV has multiple inputs, only ET on component exhibiting this. TV known stable for some years and is 100Hz refresh. ET stable sometimes for up to 10 days. TV possible cause of it, ET by far most likely source.

less than a week my friend...3 days fixed....we don't piss around! have 3 chinese engineers tied to chairs and fingers supa glued to keyboard in back office...cheap to feed rice n chicken, and some saki wine for inspiration!!
PVR out soon, this is all good, as its all part of the new mheg5 software for PVR feature.
We want E.t to remain cheapest best quality option for the public....especially the PVR...with greedy zinwell wanting over $1,000 for a unit, what a sham!
I know given the effort you have put in so far, it may be a bridge too far, but do you think you could include the clock fix in the green flash patch? Would be good to nail that bug as well if you have the time. ThanksMark
pete9321: thats next...we are giving them more chicken at presnet and Saki wine...2 days for that...
I've got a bottle of Saki in the fridge if they run out in the wee small hours, only for emergency use. Certainly helps me feel like superman when needed.
