Is Al Jazeera going to appear on NZ Freeview Satellite?

Cheers

Unlikely as it's already on Sky.

It's already on Freeview (terrestrial). Has been for some time.

Hi Team

You will need to talk to SKY, Kordia and Al Jazeera to show that you want the service on Freeview Satellite. Usually broadcasters listen to their viewers based on response and interest. Maybe one day we will see Al Jazeera unencrypted and free on Freeview DTH

Yes, I used to watch Al Jazeera.
I have not long moved from a Freeview terrestrial TV to satellite only TV area.

Hi

There is a free web-stream you can access here: rtmp://aljazeeraflashlivefs.fplive.net/aljazeeraflashlive-live/aljazeera_eng_high  it will work with VLC and some iptv boxes helps if you need to watch in a area without coverage, its also available on the Al Jazeera website

And if you have a Samsung SMART TV you can access the Al Jazeera app available on most models too.
