But this is the Freeview DVB-T/DVB-S forum.

 

A new foreign channel that may be accessible if you do some trickery and then stream it - isn't really relevant.

Not on Optus D1.

 

You would need a very big dish and the technology to decode the VAST transmission on Optus C1.
