This is for a T2200 so may be applicable for others as well

 

open VLC on a PC/Device (i found VLC didnt work on IPAD)
On PC click mediaClick open network stream
enter the IP address like so:(This is my IP address for the T2200 yours will probably be different but you can find it under the instillation/network setup menu) http://192.168.1.15:8080
click play

 

on android open VLC
Click the icon on the top that looks like a transmission tower (looks like a cone with a circle on the top with bigger rings extending from itEnter the IP address of the stream from the box: (This is my IP address for the T2200 yours will probably be different but you can find it under the instillation/network setup menu) http://192.168.1.15:8080
Select open
you may have to press play

THis all assumes you have have turned on network streaming on the box

Live streaming.  Found it.  Had just downloaded the Android app and it showed the way.
