I belive they were considering doing the regional Triangle variants at somepoint, but not for a while due to cost.

Tried emailing Triangle about it?

Hi All,

Just got a reply back from Triangle

We currently have no plans to join the Freeview terrestrial platform due to budgetary reasons.
Stratos and Triangle are available either on UHF or Freeview satelltie, plus on the TelstraClear cable in Wellington and Christchurch.   Kind regards,

I got the same answer in an email from Television Hawkes Bay.

However on their web site it says this:

"TVHB will eventually become one of the Digital Terrestrial channels in Hawke's Bay."

I hope they get on soon because like Prime, SD broadcasts are ever becomming less tolerable to me.
