I saw on Vetrun that Shine is up. 12456 V 22500. Perhaps for testing. Seems to be 16:9 but my STB shows it as 4:3 squished with black bars on the sides.

Yeah they're doing something funky. Should be 4:3. It's under test.

Actually.. its 16:9 and being broadcast as 16:9 but clip incorrectly played out as 4:3. :)
