I inherited management of a small WordPress site for a community group I am involved with. For whatever reason hosting and domain registrar are split, but it is the hosting I am having issues with.

Using the domains4less Odin platform, and trying to submit a billing query. The online help (which has previously been great) just times out on me and emails have gone unanswered for weeks. In one place on my account area it says I owe them money, but when I click the invoice it shows that the bill was paid a year ago!

Is anyone else using this service? I am really thinking about moving away to another host, but the group can't really afford two years of hosting if we do owe them currently.

Alternatively does anyone on GZ know who I should be contacting?
