Oncop53: Holey c**p Nexus 4 just arrived!!!!!

pics in a minute...

Holy crap! Where do you live? did they send you any tracking info before it arrived?

I got it sent to my work in St. Johns (Auckland), the receptionist said it was a really weird time for the courier to deliver (4:07 pm).
I ordered the phone maybe 10:10am Monday.

This is really silly my heart is still beating fast, I totally didnt expect a Nexus 4 to come tumbling out of the package when I opened it, thought it was just the usual work stuff.

Sent from "Oceanic communications" btw.

The Warehouse had it on their online Red Alert deals yesterday (see a few pages back). $699 with a 3-5 day delivery. I have to admit, I was sceptical about this but looks like they are on the way. :)

Wow, that was fast delivery.  I ordered mine through the Warehouse Monday evening - the order status showed "Held" and has switched to "New" and the item status for the phone was "ships 3-5 days" and changed to "in progress" - so now I'm hoping mine might arrive tomorrow!

I guess if they're being shipped by a third party - the info on TWH's site won't necessarily be updated with tracking info.

Hmm, how do you track the order if you haven't registered with The Warehouse? I have an email confirming my order but I registered after the order. Used the same email address but when I log in and click on My Orders, there's nothing there. No email of a tracking number as yet. I ordered it at 9:50am on Monday. I have sent them an email but haven't heard anything back yet.

Watch the Ebay prices plummet!! haha. USD100 or GBP60....

I got lucky and snaffled one for AU$30 which when you take into account the shipping costs from the Play Store/Youshop in the States, I'm at peace with this price.

It's here! :) Time to play! I didn't get any tracking number either but that was quick! Ordered Monday and it's here in my hand already. Sweeeeet. No case/no screen protection...hmmm...nakie Nexus 4! Any recommendations for screen protection? I don't like putting awesome devices in bulky/ugly cases.

Maybe someone should organise buying a bunch of bumpers, then we can share the shipping costs?

Hey yes thanks for the info on the warehouse.  I got straight on and ordered one.  I did get a random email from warehouse stationary 2 days ago  to say 'put an order in' so I did and was due to pick it up tomorrow!!  However it was $799 from them.  The warewhouse is $100 cheaper so eventually decided to be sensible and wait another 2-3 days for that one  :-)  it was a close call mind you after all the frustration one has gone through to get this phone I could have easily said bugger the $100 and got it tomorrow
